Your engagement session is the beginning of your visual story as a couple. It is a chance to capture your connection, your style, and the moments that define your relationship. Whether we are shooting in studio, exploring the Baltimore waterfront, walking through Georgetown, or visiting iconic locations across the DMV, the session is designed to feel relaxed, joyful, and authentically you.

Each engagement session is fully guided with natural posing and creative prompts to help you feel confident. With up to four hours to shoot, we can include multiple outfit changes and create a variety of looks in studio and on location. You will receive a mix of candid moments, editorial portraits, and scenic images that are perfect for save-the-dates, wall art, or your wedding website.


Engagement sessions begin at $675 for local DMV locations and include up to four hours of photography, multiple outfits, studio time, on-location shooting, and professionally edited high-resolution images delivered through a private online gallery.

How long is the engagement session?

Engagement sessions are up to 4 hours, allowing time for multiple outfits, studio setups, and transitions between iconic DMV locations. This extended session creates a wide variety of looks and styles.

Where can we shoot our engagement photos?

Your session can include both studio photography and on-location shooting at popular DMV locations such as the Baltimore waterfront, Federal Hill, historic Ellicott City, Georgetown, the National Mall, and select rooftop or urban spots. I help you plan the perfect route.

How many outfits can we bring?

You may bring multiple outfits. Most couples bring 3 to 5 looks. I provide wardrobe guidance and styling suggestions to help everything coordinate and photograph beautifully.

How much does an engagement session cost?

Engagement sessions start at $675 for local DMV coverage. This can include up to four hours of photography, studio time, multiple locations, outfit changes, creative direction, and a fully edited online gallery.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will we receive our photos?

Galleries are delivered within 48 hours up to 2 weeks for prints and photobooks, depending on the package you selected. You will receive a private online gallery where you can download your images, share them, and order prints at any time.

I can create custom save-the-dates, wedding website graphics, invitations, RSVP cards, and print materials using your engagement photos. All designs are tailored to your style so your wedding materials look cohesive, elegant, and personal.

Do you help with posing if we are not comfortable in front of the camera?

Definitely. Most couples start out feeling a little unsure, and that is completely normal. I guide you through natural, easy posing and use simple prompts to help you relax. By the end of the session, you will feel confident and connected—and your photos will reflect that energy.

Can we bring props or personal items to the session?

Yes, absolutely. Props like champagne glasses, flowers, bikes, pets, or meaningful items are welcome. Personal touches help tell your story and make the session feel unique to you. If you have something special in mind, we can plan how to incorporate it naturally and creatively.

 

Announcement Website

 

After your engagement session, I create a one-page announcement website hosted directly on my main site and branded around your story. This page becomes a polished, shareable destination you can send to friends, family, and loved ones—no PDFs, no group texts, no social media clutter.


The announcement page features your engagement images presented in a clean, editorial layout, paired with your names, engagement date, a short story or message, and optional details like wedding location or “save the date” notes. Everything lives in one beautiful place that feels elevated and intentional.
